Group 1 households don’t need to do anything — the payout happens on its own. Group 3 members simply wait for their notice. Group 2 is the only group that needs to take action online.

If you belong to Group 2, you’ll link your bank or e-wallet account through the official UPLIFT G2P Portal at uplift-g2p.dswd.gov.ph. The portal works on any browser — phone, tablet, or computer.
Here’s the process, step by step:
- Check your eligibility. Confirm you qualify using the official eligibility checker.
- Open the portal. Go directly to uplift-g2p.dswd.gov.ph. Skip any forwarded links.
- Sign in. Use eGovPH or BBM Serbisyo, then select your verified e-wallet or bank account.
- Verify your details. Make sure your mobile number matches the one linked to your account.
- Upload a valid ID. Have a clear photo of the front and back ready.

Step 2: Select “Register.” Click the Register button to create a new account.
Step 3: Enter your personal information. Fill in your details exactly as they appear on your valid ID.
Step 4: Create your account. Set a secure username and password, and keep them private.
Step 5: Verify your account. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number — never share it with anyone.
Step 6: Log in. Use your new username and password to access your dashboard.
Step 7: Complete your beneficiary profile. Link your GCash or bank account, making sure the name and number match your records exactly.

Where the Money Goes
DSWD credits the grant to a verified GCash account or an accredited digital bank. Accepted channels include:

No New Applications — Here’s Why
UPLIFT does not accept public applications. There’s no sign-up form and no way to register as a new beneficiary. Instead, DSWD identifies everyone using existing government records:

- 2024 CBMS data for Group 2
- SSS records for Group 3
