Online Registration Link for DMW OFW Cash Aid

According to recent updates, DMW and the nearest Migrant Workers Office (MWO) in each host country will facilitate the release of this online application form for financial aid.

There will be online registration link will serve as the main platform for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in the Middle East to apply for the DMW’s $200 cash assistance program. Through this portal, eligible OFWs can submit their personal details and required documents for review.

As of this writing, the registration link has not yet been activated. Authorities advise OFWs to await further announcements and assure that information will be promptly shared once the official link goes live.

Step 1: Check If You Are Eligible

You may apply if your employment was affected by the crisis, such as:

  • Job loss (temporary or permanent)
  • Reduced income
  • Shortened working hours
  • Work disruptions

The program covers OFWs in Bahrain, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE.

Step 2: Prepare Your Document Requirements Early

To avoid delays, gather these requirements in advance:

Basic Documents

  • Request for Assistance Form (to be provided by your MWO)
  • Passport copy
  • Proof of overseas employment (contract, visa, or labor card)

Proof of Impact (any of the following)

  • Employer certification of reduced salary or work hours
  • Payslip showing reduced income
  • Notice of termination
  • Visa cancellation (if applicable)

Step 3: Use Alternative Documents If Needed

If you don’t have complete documents, you can still apply.

A self-declaration (sariling salaysay) or certification from Filipino community groups can be used when:

  • Your employer did not issue formal documents
  • You are still working but earning less
  • Your company reduced operations without paperwork
  • You lost access to documents due to emergency situations
