How the Arrest Unfolded
According to a statement from the PNP Aviation Security Group (PNP AVSEGROUP), the passenger was stopped while going through immigration checks at Terminal 3. After personnel from the Bureau of Immigration verified the warrant, they handed him over to officers of NAIA Police Station 3.
The police then escorted the man to their station, where the arrest was formally recorded. As of this report, he remains in the custody of NAIA Police Station 3 while authorities process his case and return the warrant to the court that issued it.

“Bawat matagumpay na implementasyon ng warrant of arrest ay bunga ng mahusay na koordinasyon ng PNP AVSEGROUP sa mga airport authorities at iba pang law enforcement agencies. Patuloy nating palalakasin ang ugnayang ito upang matiyak na ang ating mga paliparan ay mananatiling ligtas at hindi magiging daan ng sinuman upang makaiwas sa pananagutan sa batas,” he said.
