Your SSS number, on the other hand, is the permanent number that you use in your regular SSS transactions. It is found on the E-1 form you used when you first registered with the Social Security System.
Make sure you’ve previously set up your security questions, otherwise, entering either your SS number or CRN will only return a prompt that says you have to set it up on My.SSS.
