These forms are also free of charge and can be downloaded on the same site.

Secure an appointment

Starting November 12, 2019, the Philippine Embassy in Brunei has launched and implemented its Consular Service Online Appointment System, which allows for more efficient and faster processing of passports. With the new system, booking a preferred time and date for your application is optimized and reduces waiting time. Print out, fill out, and obtain the needed papers

After scheduling an appointment for your application:

  1. Print out the filled-out form.
  2. Ensure that your contact information is updated and active on the application form, and double-check that all details are accurate.
  3. Prepare your ePassport and secure a photocopy of its data page.
  4. Bring with you your Original PSA birth certificate.

Appear on your scheduled appointment

All applicants must appear on the day of their appointment; failing to do so forfeits their reservations. This applies to minor applicants as well. This is why it is essential for you to always stay aware and updated on your schedule to avoid any overlapping activities on the day of your chosen date. The importance of your appearance is for the verification of your documents, payment and capturing of biometrics.

Pay the Fee

For the processing fee of your passport renewal, you only have to take care of BND 90.00. Of course, this is only for renewal. Other passport processing asks for a different amount. Payment for the renewal will be made on the day of your scheduled appointment.

Additional documents

These are only asked for special circumstances of the applicants, which will be used for verification and the usual documents asked for renewal. Each circumstance asks for different requirements and fees depending on the changes or type of service. This information is provided on the official website of the Embassy.
