OFW Appeals for Help from Gov’t After being Stranded for 8 Days in Ethiopia Airport
Before landing in the Philippines, the worker will fly from Saudi Arabia via Ethiopia, then to Indonesia and then to Malaysia, GMA News reported.
However, her flight from Ethiopia arrived late in Indonesia, causing her to miss her trip to Malaysia.
This drove her to return to the Ethiopian airport, where she had been stuck for more than a week. Authorities have yet to respond to the OFW’s plea as of this writing.
